Auf 75 m² befinden sich ebenerdig eine moderne Küche, ein Schlafzimmer, das Bad, ein großer Flur und ein Wohnzimmer. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was zur Selbstverpflegung benötigt wird. Das Schlafzimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett. Bei Bedarf kann der Schlafsessel zusätzlich zur gemütlichen Einzelliege ausgezogen werden. Auch ein Kinderbett lässt sich noch aufstellen. Im Wohnzimmer lassen sich die Couch als auch die zwei Sessel zu zwei gemütlichen Betten umfunktionieren.

Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för kvällar framför brasan. Elbilsladdstation på parkeringen✅ Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
