We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton town centre with the added bonus of a beautiful and quiet location to return home to. Directly on the East Sussex coastal path with the nearest beach access only 5 minutes walk, also a short stroll into the beautiful South Downs National Park.

The local pub & village shop are just 10 minutes walk. Perfect for Glyndebourne, Charleston & Firle weddings or explore nearby towns of Lewes or Brighton.

Modern self contained annex (own entrance), fabulous views of the sea & South Downs National Park. Ovingdean is a 15 minute walk to the beach, regular buses into Brighton. 10 mins by car. The annex comprises fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining / lounge area with a smart tv. There is fast wifi and the space acts as a very comfortable workspace. Double bed on mezzanine (accessed via ladder) and sofa bed in lounge. Welcome breakfast, coffee, tea provided. Pets welcome and parking available.

Self contained 3 bedroom house with beautiful views, free parking, perfect base for exploring Brighton and the South Downs. By staying just outside of Brighton you get free parking (1 vehicle on private drive, 1 on road immediately outside). The house has lovely views and is all recently decorated. Kitchen with new induction hob, oven, microwave, newly added washing machine, new American fridge freezer, recently added dishwasher. Two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a disco shower :)

Garden Studio with outdoor decking & seating area, self contained, very comfortable in beautiful Saltdean just outside Brighton. With free on street parking straight out front and private access it is only 15 minutes on the bus to Brighton Pier or 1hour on the bus to Eastbourne Pier. As experienced hosts we will always offer a warm welcome and assistance as required. In a quiet neighbourhood we are only a short walk to buses and shops and the beach or Lido are only a 5minute walk away.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

The Haven

The Haven is a bright and spacious Annex which overlooks Peacehaven Beach. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. The master bedroom has a double bed and the lounge has a brand new futon which opens out into another double bed. Peacehaven has all the shops you need within 2 minute walking distance. Brighton City Centre is a 15 minute bus or car journey. Your hosts, Tony and Chrissy are very welcoming and caring.

Escape to this cosy, Studio Mcgee design inspired movie room, with all the amenities of a boutique hotel, in a great location, very close to the seafront, and public transport links straight into Brighton Enjoy Sky or Netflix, nestled in the super king size bed, on the huge 65inch TV and soundbar, and enjoy a glass of something chilled complimentary from the wine fridge on arrival.

My home is within easy access to Brighton centre. Car is a 15minute journey and the bus is about 25 minutes ( the number 27 stop is a 2 minutes walk away) We are a 10minute walk to the lovely Saltdean beach or add an extra 10 minutes for a visit to the village of Rottingdean. My home is available for groups of 22 years and older, proof of ID must be provided if required.
