🌳 Our shepherd’s hut ‘De Lachende Specht’ is tucked away in the woods, offering peace and privacy. From here, you can walk or cycle straight into nature: to nearby sand dunes, lovely villages or wide open landscapes. The lively city of Breda is just 15 minutes by bike. The accommodation has a bathroom, cozy box bed and kitchenette. Enjoy the sounds of birds, playful squirrels and all the greenery around you. Unwind or head out and feel the energy of the outdoors, you’re in for a lovely stay!

De Zandhoef, cozy cabin with Jacuzzi

Situated 3.5km from the picturesque village of Eersel, on the very edge of the forest, lies B&B De Zandhoef. This beautiful cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests, however 2 to 4 is more comfortable with the space available. You have access to your private Jacuzzi and our heated outdoor swimming pool (April - October) There are many mountain-bike and hiking trails in the area and you are more than welcome to rent our e-MTB to try these out. Your horse or dogs are also welcome with us.(surcharge)

Close to the charming center of Breda, Etten-Leur or Prinsenbeek. The forest, named Liesbos, has been owned by the royal family. They also used this place for the hunt. Gilze se encuentra entre las principales ciudades de Tilburg y Breda ya media hora de Amberes y Róterdam. El parque de atracciones "De Efteling" y el Safari Park "De Beekse Bergen" también están muy cerca.
