The cottage features a large and stylish open living space upstairs, with balcony, and two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. There is parking for one car in the courtyard. Colyton is a short drive to some of the best beaches on the famous Jurassic Coast.

Spacious Victorian house sleeps 6 near Lyme Regis

Recently refurbished to provide accommodation for 6, this tranquil, spacious Victorian house has picturesque countryside views across Uplyme village and an easy river walk down to Lyme Regis and the Jurassic Coast. There is one double en-suite, one king size en-suite and a family room with separate bathroom. There is off-road parking available for two cars and a large garden where we are often gardening. We are relaxed hosts, live next door and are here to help as required.

Sunnyside at Waterhouse Farm is a spacious farmhouse on our working farm in West Dorset, surrounded by fields and woodland. The house has a fenced garden and easy access to miles of local footpaths. Upstairs are two large ensuite bedrooms: one with a king bed, the other with either three singles or a double and single. Downstairs features a cosy sitting room with wood burner, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, plus a utility room with cloakroom.

Surrounded by rolling hills and country walks, it’s just a short drive to Bridport and the Jurassic Coast. The spacious interior blends comfort with character, and outside there’s a private, landscaped garden with lawn and patio — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Dorset.

With stunning rural views, in the picturesque Blackdown Hills (AONB), the Annex is an ideal retreat for couples, and is well equipped for you to enjoy your stay (with your dogs if you wish). The Annex is set within 2.5 acres of the owners property, which was originally a farm house, and is surrounded by footpaths to the Hills. Great place for a relaxing or romantic break.

Smallcote - all year round bolthole in Somerset.

A little Somerset bolthole in the heart of the medieval town of Ilminster, half an hour from the coast, minutes away from the beautiful Blackdown Hills and surrounded by gorgeous countryside. A great little base from which to explore Somerset’s hidden gems. Smallcote is a completely separate dwelling in the garden of Olcote House.
