Welcome to Sugar on the Green, a comfortable, updated condo with a spacious balcony porch on the Sugar Mountain golf course. Great location at the base of the mountain features beautiful views of Grandfather Mountain in winter. A short walk to the ski slopes(or shuttle ride), golf and tennis. Updated kitchen, living room has gas fireplace, lots of views, and a sliding glass door that leads out to porch overlooking a lush mountain forest and golf course. Each bedroom has its own private bath.
