The only noise here comes from the birds, wildlife & the sheep in the surrounding fields. Owner lives on site in adjacent farm house. Many local bars & excellent restaurants.

Three bedrooms - a large master and two further adjoining rooms - plus a sofa bed in the living room. Please note, there are some low doorways and internal steps. Availles-Limouzine, a charming village on the Vienne river, has a bakery, a butcher, a general store and a weekly market. You will also find several restaurants and cafe/bars.
