Other amenities are a large screen porch, fire pit, and a large yard for lawn games. The Yates cottage is great for couples, families, dogs, joggers, walkers, bikers, fishers and boaters. You will be welcomed with freshly-made beds, towels and a full kitchen with Keurig and Rachel Ray cookware.

(Boat ramp is 5.3 miles from the house in Aurora.) Enjoy sunrises & sunsets on the large deck. Kayaks, picnic table, firepit, and grill for outdoor dining. Enjoy the quiet on the water! Due to the secluded area there is not internet or cable service however there is a TV antenna and DVD movies, as well as board games and outdoor adventures.

Dockside Daze is a beautiful waterfront home overlooking the Neuse River. Relax on the back deck with a glass of wine while watching the sunset view of the New Bern skyline. It’s just a five-minute drive to historic downtown New Bern where you will find great restaurants and plenty of unique, local shops. This property does not have sufficient parking for trailers. Due to allergies, no pets. Check out 5:00pm Sundays only.
