At 10 mts from the beach, on the pedestrian seafront, “Mowita” flat has a stunning view on the sea. A little corner of paradise close to everything and at few steps from the sea... just relax and have the song of waves for lullaby! Free parking spots at 1 min walking, train station at 5 min walk (direct shuttle to the cruise ships) and the port at 10 min walk. Restaurants and bars are just downstairs but if you like something really special, try our Cooking Class or our Italian Family Dinner !

É arredato con cura con mobili e oggetti di antiquariato e pregio. Offre una postazione per smart working. The house is located in the center of Pitigliano, just few meter far from the Synagouge and the “vie cave etrusche”. It offers an amazing view on the Valley of Meleta. The apartment is furnished with care and with fine antiques.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

La grotta

Il mio alloggio è nel centro storico del paese. Si trova a soli 10 km dalle Terme di Sorano, mentre a 20km possiamo trovare il Lago di Bolsena e le Terme di Saturnia (spa). Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: luminoso, panoramico, pulito ed accogliente. Adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). NB: se la prenotazione è per due persone si intende un solo letto, per un letto in più è necessario prenotare almeno per 3 persone.

L'Incanto di Civita si trova all'interno dell'antico borgo di Civita di Bagnoregio. Lasciata la macchina al parcheggio si dovrà necessariamente procedere a piedi lungo il ponte, unica via di accesso alla nostra "perla di tufo". L'Incanto di Civita is located in the ancient hamlet of Civita di Bagnoregio. Quattro Stelle al Porto "Villa Superior"

Struttura luminosissima e completamente arredata, 3 minuti dalla stazione FS e due minuti dal porto; è composta da tre camere da letto, cucina e zona living. La linea wifi è gratuita ed ogni stanza è dotata di televisione led 32 pollici, con aria condizionata e termo autonomo. Ogni camera ha il suo bagno privato con la sua relativa doccia.La struttura è stata appena rinnovata .

Simona’s house in the woods - Villa Boutique

Villa boutique immersa nel bosco all’interno del Parco dei Cimini alle pendici del Monte Cimino (800 m. s.l.m) L'immobile è grande circa 450mq ed è circondato da circa 1,5 ettari di giardino/pineta. La villa è dotata di una sauna e un hot tube a legna privata nel bosco. Una casa progettata da uno dei migliori architetti del centro Italia ed è sapientemente arredata.
