This is a neighborhood and the homes are close together. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep the noise down and respect their property.

Unique Woods Retreat ~ Quiet place in Nature

Our cabin in the woods is a quiet refuge, not a party place. Built with many unique features: log cabin room with vaulted ceiling, log walls in kitchenette/upstairs small dinette seating area and log wall in sunroom. Carriage style Barn doors, from grandparents old chicken coop. The metal stair railing designed & laser cut with pine trees. Downstairs walkout basement has concrete log beams & posts, as well as some concrete tree branches. Trails are for quiet travel only, no motors.

A fixer-upper. The house is ready now with some ongoing projects. The house is one bedroom on top of a two-car garage so being able to climb steps is a must to enter the living space. The house is located in town. Less than a 5-minute stroll to the lake passing a coffee and ice cream shop, a consignment shop, an art gallery, etc. This is a great place to stay for the Harbor Town Weekend in September. This condominium offers a tranquil location to enjoy the beach, downtown Oscoda and area hiking trails. On site there are deck chairs,fire pits and picnic tables . In addition, there are two walkways to the beach and bench swings to enjoy right on the lake. One bedroom with a king size bed. Living room has a queen size sofa bed.

Tankless water heater. 1 mile from the beach and town. No bathtub, sleeps 11 in beds
