Beautiful, quiet and bright apartment with terrace and private entrance. Through the separate outdoor entrance you can reach the apartment in the basement of the house. It offers a living room with dining table, chairs and kitchen and an exit to the terrace. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and plenty storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The Ludwigsplatz in the beautiful historic old town, with its numerous cafés, bars, restaurants, many shopping opportunities and the Jakobbrunnen fountain, is just a 2-minute walk away. The Gäuboden Museum is located in the immediate vicinity. The folk festival of the same name, the “Gäubodenfest”, can be reached in approx. 10 minutes on foot.

Das Häuschen liegt zentral zwischen Dingolfing (20 km), Straubing (22 km) und dem neuen BMW Werk in Strasskirchen-Irlbach (11 km).
