With power but no running water, you’ll enjoy a true off-grid experience without sacrificing comfort. This is a cozy, Yukon-style retreat — perfect for couples, small families, or friends who want to slow down, reconnect, and experience the best of Carcross and the surrounding wilderness. Two queen beds, one located in a bedroom off the living room and one in the loft.

Get away from the crowds and back to basics in this SIMPLE and COZY, OFF-GRID mountain hut–style dry cabin with stunning views. Tucked beside our off-grid home, this is a peaceful nature escape with limited power, no running water, and an outhouse. Heated by wood stove and supplied with seasonal water, it’s best for guests who enjoy simple living and an unplugged experience. The solar system is small and it is not possible to plug in your vehicle. In winter, our steep driveway requires 4x4.

Down a narrow and very rough / bumpy road, with water crossings You will need a high clearance vehicle, ATV/snowmobile, or ability to bike, walk or ski 2-3km is necessary for access

Mountain views, easy and close access to trails and Atlin Lake. Located 3 km from downtown Atlin on the Warm Bay Rd. Just across from the Pine Creek Campground. TV and DVD / Blu Ray player, some movies. No Pets There are several friendly animals on the property, including horses, an Icelandic sheep, and a dog.

There is a covered deck out front where you can relax and watch to be sunset or unwind from your day. Inside you’ll find 2BR, 1 full bath and kitchen with dining set for 4!

Stay in a unique dry yurt surrounded by nature. Heated with a wood stove and equipped with a propane cooktop. Electricity is provided for lighting. Drinking and cooking water is supplied using Blue Jug water. Includes a outhouse. 5-minute walk to Caribou Crossing, 5 minutes to the Carcross Commons, and a short drive to Emerald Lake. Aurora viewing and wildlife sightings possible.
