The studio is blissfully quiet, set back from the cottage with its own entrance under a vine-covered pergola, with access to a large garden. Your host is happy to interact as much or as little as you like, and will gladly share the best experiences the area has to offer.

Built circa 1800, refurbished circa 2014, The Old Potting Shed is a cosy, self contained detached ensuite annexe. Situated in our a garden, in a village location, approx 15 mins from Canterbury & Dover, the Kent coast and close to the medieval Cinque Port of Sandwich. We are proud Superhosts and aim to ensure guests have a great experience and comfortable stay. Unfortunately our accommodation is not suitable for children or pets. The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. The queen size bed has storage. Also a small table and chairs. The property also offers a sunny courtyard.

Beautiful barn conversion with woodland area and enclosed area, pets are welcome. The barn has 3 bedrooms, and a spacious open plan kitchen family room with new Hunter wood burner. . The hot tub is situated in the paddock area giving uninterrupted views and secluded by trees. We are near a number of lovely beaches and walks and some super restaurants. . The barn can be rented along with the main house, which sleeps 16.

Welcome to our much loved cottage, literally 'a stone's throw' from the sea. We have made so many magical memories here and we want to share our experience by opening up our home to guests. Perfectly set up for a family holiday our cottage is on a small lane with a pub at either end. Cosy and comfortable we have put much love into creating this home.
