Welcome to our beautiful 2 bedroom self-contained unit located in Arrowtown 1 min walk to Millbrook Resort and 15 min walk to central Arrowtown. The apartment is to the side of our main house. It has its own private entrance. We have built the apartment to have views out to mountains. This is perfect for an individual, couple, or family. Please note there is some building going on around the apartment as this is a new area. Which happens from 7:30am to 4:30pm .

We offer a full kitchen with gas cooktop, open concept full bathroom, washer, own external access, Wifi and apple TV with Netflix. Airport is a 5 minute drive, food/shops are a 2 min drive away and we are only 10-15 min from downtown Queenstown. Take yourself away from the madness of downtown and settle in at our place in Shotover Country.

We are situated at Jacks Point which has a international Golf Course, rated among the top in the world. 10 minutes from Queenstown International Airport, 20 mins from the centre of Queenstown and on the main highway to Milford Sound, Doubtful Sound and Te Anau making your trip to Milford area so much shorter. At our front door is the Remarkables Ski Field. We are new to airbnb and look forward to making you stay memorable.

Sunrise is a lovely place to relax and take in the stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables. The sleeping options can be arranged to suit: For 2 people you can have either a King Size Bed or 2 Single Beds set up in the main bedroom. There is also an additional single bed that can be set up in the lounge if required for a 3rd person. Please let us know how you would like the beds set up at time of booking.
