Το "Valavani House" είναι ένα ευρύχωρο πέτρινο σπίτι κυριολεκτικά πάνω στη θάλασσα. Είναι διώροφο με εσωτερική και εξωτερική σκάλα. Στον πρώτο όροφο έχει 4 κρεβατοκάμαρες και ένα μπάνιο. It is a 2 bedroom apartment near Agios Nicolas with 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and 1 living room. Also a private pool with the amazing view. It has a balcony with a wonderful view to the sea. you can visit the sea with a 5 minutes ride by car or you can get the bus as well there are restaurants and supermarkets near by car. But the most important near to beautiful beaches like stoupa beach, kalogria, Delphinia etc as you can see at the above pictures.

It is located 6km (less than 10 minutes by car) from Kardamili and 9km (about 15 minutes drive) from Stoupa.
