One queen bed, one couch, and two floor mattresses, if needed. Offers beautiful views of the lake and sunsets from your private porch swing next to the pool.

Our quiet dead end street is right off of the main road and very close to Walmart, restaurants, local beach areas, sugarloaf mountain, and the little red river! Fee sent if over max capacity.

The Terrace guesthouse occupies the lower level of the Loft home. The Terrace is entirely private with separate entry, covered sunroom with hot tub, huge back patio, BBQ grill, hammock, fire pit, and an outdoor lounge and dining area. Note there may be guests occupying the upper Loft home during your stay. Located just 20 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs and in a quiet cove steps from Beaver Lake, this location offers the best access while remaining secluded. No children or fires.

It's a one-family or one-group-at-a-time space with 7 rooms to enjoy, plus an enclosed porch. Drink your morning coffee in one of the 3 sitting areas or on the deck outside (you may see deer feeding in the forest below).
