Common areas include the garden and our (Grotto) where you can see Gadd spring, one of the areas many natural springs. It’s a short walk to Historic downtowns shops, restaurants, and activities. A great overnight stop or week away from home. The studio is attached to homeowners house (converted garage space) but has separate, private coded entry. Driveway parking for one car. TV with antenna channels and streaming capability, free Netflix, fast WiFi available. Kitchenette area with coffee maker, fridge, sink and microwave. Empty nesters occupy home. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Two person maximum. Spacious open floor plan - one bedroom, one bathroom. The bed is a queen size bed.

The Brick Barn Studio is a sweet and peaceful private space on the first floor of a late 19th century Carriage House. Guests enjoy private entry to their accommodation, mini kitchen, shower/bathroom, and laundry, king mattress on a unique built-in bench platform, and a convertible sofa for another guest or two. There is a privacy curtain provided for guests who would like a little separation between the bed and sleeper sofa.
