Boasting a Queen size bed, a full kitchen and bathroom, and everything in between, you are bound to have a relaxing getaway... with a little bit of adventure! The spacious deck (with hot tub) overlooks the forest, and it is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The Underwood Tiny House has been created to give each person who walks through its door an experience like none other!

The Relaxed Ranch

Welcome to our cozy 3-bed, 1-bath retreat in beautiful Frankfort, Mi! Entire 1300 sq ft upper level(tenants reside in the bottom level) is perfect for families or small groups, nestled on a serene 10-acre lot. Inside, enjoy a well-appointed living area, fully equipped kitchen, and three inviting bedrooms. A perfect getaway close to everything!! *note we do use the dressers and bedroom closets for storage, so they aren’t available, but there is plenty of other space available for your storage!

Wooded Frankfort tent site

Quiet, private camp site (for your tent) in the woods yet close to parking. A short 200 foot walk up the hill into the woods from your parking spot, this rustic site makes you feel as if you are in the middle of the forest. Water spigot, fire pit with cooking grate and picnic table on your site, and 12v solar power pack to provide lighting and USB charging of your devices. THERE IS NO 110 VOLT POWER AT THIS SITE. Outdoor shower and commercial Port-A-Jon are a short walk across the property

Near wineries, beaches, hiking, biking and Sleeping Bear National Park & Lake Michigan. Herring Lake across the street. Also included is dock access (for walking/sitting) and kayaks at your own risk. Crystal Mountain fifteen minutes by car. Backyard fire pit for guests to use. Note: steep driveway in the winter you will need a four wheel drive vehicle.

Peaceful private getaway on Lake Michigan

Relax and enjoy this fully renovated, unique and tranquil getaway. The updated 2nd floor lakefront retreat is cozy and functional. The space features an open layout that seamlessly combines the living area, kitchen, dining and bath. You will have full use of the suite which is closed off from the main house making it truly private. Reservations for 2026 can be booked starting in 2026 when all dates will be open for booking. The Hut

The Hut is a comfy cozy, tiny home, that boasts all the amenities for a simple, back to basics stay. It has electricity and potable water. Nestled in a stand of whispering pines overlooking an antique apple orchard. The atmosphere is quiet, private, and relaxing, in a rural environment. Adjacent to The Glacial Hills Pathway with 33 miles of hiking/ biking trails. Expansive sky boasts amazing sunsets and star gazing. Close to many lakes and beaches. 2 miles to Bellaire.

Lakeview Hideaway

A very relaxing view of the lake and wooded area from a private screened inpatio. Also, if you are lucky, you can see deer that come through early morning or late evening. My location is off 22, I am across the street from the lake. Second house on the right on private paved drive . I have a black bear mailbox at the end of my driveway. Makes it easy to know where to turn into the drive.
