North Fork Cottage

This is the spot for relaxing after a day of activities near Lander, WY. Enjoy views of the Wind River Range from the porch, catch a beautiful sunset, or stroll around the 3-acre property. There is private and public river access available from the property. Feel free to use the barbecue grill or fire-pit near the river. There is one other listing on the property and the hosts are nearby if you should need assistance. We hope you enjoy your time at the cottage!

Cabin at Grass River Retreat

This 500 square foot cozy cabin rests at the edge of the Popo Agie River, sit on the front porch, light the campfire, roast a marshmallow, and relax. It has a queen bed and a full size sofa sleeper. Best suited for two adults and one child. This is not a kid friendly property during high water season (May-June.) There are NO fences blocking the river. Leashed dogs allowed. NO cats please. Brooks Cottage

Enjoy a quiet, peaceful country setting just 5 minutes from downtown Riverton in Central Wyoming, and only 30 minutes from Lander, Wyoming. Sage West Hospital, Riverton Regional Airport, and Central Wyoming College are all within a quick 5-minute drive. The towns of Dubois and Cody, along with Yellowstone National Park, are close enough for a day trip. This cozy cottage is tastefully decorated with all new furnishings and appliances. It is a five minute drive to Central Wyoming College and 7 minutes from downtown Riverton. Central Wyoming Regional Airport is 10 minutes away. The town of Lander, Wyoming is a mere 30 minutes away.
