Nestled in the hills our 1 bedroom cottage is the perfect getaway. With your own kitchen, full bathroom (shower) and a spacious lounge w/ fireplace, you'll have everything you need. Breathtaking views, gorgeous sunsets and stunning sunrises are plenty. The famous Te Apiti Wind Farm of the Manawatu can be seen from most parts of the property, along with the picturesque hills, old sheds and lush vegetation. Not to mention, it's a bird's paradise. Come and enjoy our little slice of heaven!

A quiet self-contained space for a tranquil and private stay. In a cul-de-sac with a large landscaped lawn and garden, full of birdsong. Easy off road parking. Great facilities and a touch of luxury with all new amenities. Self-contained unit but a shared backyard with the attached house. We are on the outskirts of PN - a 10 minute drive to the centre of town. 5 minutes to airport. Walking distance to supermarket, wetland walkways and parks. 15 minutes to Feilding or the acclaimed Gorge walk

Country seclusion

This accomodation is in a secluded country area but only 15mins from the centre of Palmerston North city and only 5 minutes from the Palmerston North air port. The dwelling consists of an open plan kitchen dining lounge area, a seperate bedroom with a queen size bed and a seperate bathroom consisting of a toilet shower and vanity unit. There is also a fold out couch in the lounge which turns into a double bed .We have chocolate lab dog Tui who roams freely around the property and is friendly

Enjoy peace and quiet with the trimmings of home here at Beauty on Bond Street. Elegantly designed, this is a family friendly accommodation, with a deck where the kids can play. With 2 bathrooms, separate sleeping and living areas, this will fast become your home away from home. 3min drive or 15min walk to nearby shops. There is one dedicated parking spot just in front of the property (down a shared driveway) for guests' use only. Additional vehicles will need to be parked by the roadside.

A country escape located 4km’s up the Pahiatua Track. Approximately 8-10 minute drive to the outskirts of town, Massey University, the IPU Tertiary Institute and to our local Summerhill shopping centre with a supermarket, takeaways, laundry, café’s and restaurants. Palmerston North's CBD is about 13 km's. Your private entrance leads to a guest suite attached to our house with a lounge, separate double and single bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette with basic supplies for preparing meals.

Kawau - House Upstairs - private area

Kawau is a new home built in the character style of the 1900's. Situated on 1.5 acres with a large lawn. Take the bridge over the Little Kawau stream to wander the paths of our garden or relax on our covered decks. We are adjacent to Schnell Wetlands walkways. 5 minutes from PN Airport and 10 minutes to Manfeild, the centre of Palmy, or Ashhurst for the famous Gorge Walk. We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12.

The Cottage

A private self contained cottage in a rural setting. This restored 1930's cottage is very cosy and comfortable. A heat pump is available for those chilly nights. The Cottage is located on a lifestyle block approximately 14 km from the centre of Palmerston North. The cottage looks out over a pond and paddocks with ducks and sheep. Guest access is by keypad on the main entry gate to the property.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located studio near the hospital. A fully refurbished modern, quiet studio with all the comforts of home provided, including free off street parking. The studio is located at the rear of our family home. Enjoy a private self-check in with it's own entrance that is separate from the attached garage.
