Hello! We have a beautiful place we call "city country". Our home is on 5 acres with lake view off of a small lake(not accessible). You'd be booking the lower level of our 2 level home. Your space is private & is 2200 sq ft. Private entrance, off road parking. Sleeps up to 9+! Tons of fun thoughtful extras! Screened in hot tub, patio, fireplace, kitchenette, full gym, game room area, & more! We are a 1/4 mile from Coon Lake with boating & beach access a few miles away. Just 20 miles from Mnpls.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything twin cities from this centrally located home. Within a short walk there are miles of wooded bike trials. On the corner is one of the Midwests largest entertainment venues, the Mermaid Entertainment & Events Center. Say hello to Executive Chef Jordan Reed. The kitchen is prepared for cooking. This great 4 bedroom 1 bathroom home maintains its old charm but has been completely renovated with new stainless steel appliances, butcher block counter tops, and hardwood floors.

We are located just blocks from the Mississippi River where there are local concerts every Thursday at MC Crossings. You can also rent pontoon boats on the river through My Boat Club. We are very close to Elm Creek Park Reserve. You can access miles of street/mountain biking/ski trails right from this home. If you’re looking for fancy, we are not your jam. Homey and MN cozy.
