Welcome to "Themonia to Taximi", a traditional one level house with mediterranean gardens in one of the most unspoilt island of the Cyclades. "Themonia to taximi" is a traditional built house. It is located in the picturesque village of Ano meria in the northern part of Folegandros. Ano Meria is easily the most traditional part of the island. Thanks to its location in virgin nature, dramatic rocks and unforgettable sunsets. Folegandros is one of the best kept secret of the Cyclades: untouched by mass tourism, its has preserved its agricultural and fisherman caracter and its perfect for people into alternative lifestyle. Our house, is a twenty minutes walk from the beach of Agali and its delicious tavern with fresh fish. The nearest bus station is 3 minutes walking from our house, however the local bus does not run very frequently, so we would recommend that you rent a car or a moto (from Tomaso or Kozzmozz companies) to move around the island freely. The architecture of the house is traditional, facing south to protect the prevailing north wind. Regarding the functionality of the home, it is a traditional stone house named Themonia it brings out different units and functions. It is mainly composed of five units: • Fournospito: traditional oven room • Kazani: the distillation room-cellar (secondary fridge) • Pitharxeio: a little 1 person bedroom • Kouketes paidia: bunk-bed children ( 4 beds) • Tzaki: fireplace kitchen and bedroom • 2 Bathrooms ( one exterior) • a large terrace with pergola and amazing views of the Aegean Sea. Το Agali's View house, είναι ένα νεόδμητο οίκημα που βρίσκεται λίγα μόλις μέτρα από την αμμώδη και δημοφιλή παραλία της Αγκάλης. Για να φτάσετε στο σπίτι, θα ακολουθείσετε ένα μικρό μονοπάτι (2 λεπτά περπάτημα από την στάση του λεωφορείου). Αποτελείται από 2 υπνοδωμάτια (με διπλό κρεβάτι), μια κουζίνα η οποία είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και μπάνιο με ντουζιέρα. Στο χώρο της κουζίνας υπάρχει και ένας καναπές σε διαστάσεις μονού κρεβατιού. Το διαμέρισμα μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 5 άτομα.

The miller's house

The miller's house is a 20 minute walk far from Chora, the main village of Folegandros. Its location is really special as it is among the old, traditional windmills of the island in a secluded and private spot. What makes the residence ideal is the fact that it is built right on the cliff, overlooking the endless blue of the Aegean Sea! The house can accommodate from 1 to 3 persons in a large and comfortable space offering all the necessary amenities for short or longer stays.
