It's a small 45 sq.m house 50m walking distance to the beach. It's a genuine beach house in the family farm at the eastern seaside suburbs of Kalamata. The direct access to the beach and the seaside palm trees sidewalk make the ideal set. Each house has a separate entrance and the courtyard is available to everyone. There is ample parking space as the house is located within an olive grove.
