Quiet suburban 3-room apartment with mountain view

The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

Unsere frisch renovierte, großzügige und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft befindet sich in einem höher gelegenem Ortsteil des Ortes Anger. Küche: ausgestattet mit Einbauküche, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, sowie Geschirr, Toaster und weiteren wichtigen Kochutensilien. WLAN ja, Alleinnutzung derTerrasse mit entsprechender Sitzgarnitur PKW-Stellplatz Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei Stockwerken in einem 150 jährigen Bauernhaus, mit eigenem Eingang.

Gemütliche helle Wohnung mitten im Ort

Die etwa 90 qm große Unterkunft liegt im ersten Stock eines 2-Familienhauses mit separatem Eingang. Zu Verfügung steht ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, sowie ein separates Zimmer mit etwas kleinerem Doppelbett (160x200 cm). Des Weiteren befindet sich in der Wohnung eine voll funktionsfähige Küche, sowie eine Waschmaschine. Wir freuen uns immer wieder neue Gäste willkommen zu heißen. Auch Biker sind hier herzlich willkommen!

Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist jedoch leider schlecht. Wanderungen und Radtouren können direkt von der Wohnung aus unternommen werden.
