Enjoy simple things in this peaceful and central accommodation. It is a spacious studio of 47 sq.m. 20 minutes walk to the sights and the center of Athens. Close to all kinds of shops and restaurants, with a high index of living and safety of the residents of the area even late at night. It is on a quiet street but in the center of Pagrati while it is a sunny and airy space with 6 steps from the entrance, with central windows on the facade. Please keep in mind that this apartment has this very beautiful view, as it is located on one of the highest points of the city :)This sometimes makes it very hot during the day. We do provide AC, + since it is restored it has high end windows but still if you are sensitive to heat please consider your choice again :)

It’s close to every public transport (buses, metro, train), easy access to the city’s main attractions. Next to local bars, restaurants, grill-houses and traditional taverns and an open-air market every Saturday. You can find a supermarket in 100m walk and a bakery with the most delicious bread of the area under our building.
