The condo has a swimming pool (used from May-October and special holidays) and green area. The apartment: - One bedroom with double bed, window and closet. Bed linen are included (Extra floor mattress can be supplied for additional two people). - One living room with sofa, dinner table, satellite TV. - Full equipped kitchen (including fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher) - Bathroom with bathtub - Balcony facing the swimming pool with table and chairs for your sunny meals - Swimming pool and garden open all year (swimming pool in use from May-October) The area: The apartment is located at Falesia, Algarve. Just 10 min walking to the beautiful beach of Falesia, with supermarket, restaurants and coffee shops within 5 min walk. This is a quiet place for a relaxing holiday. Although conveniently located within a 10 min drive from Albufeira and Vilamoura, with summer shops, bars and clubs, the pine tree forest is a low construction green area. The coast of Falesia beach is only occupied by Sheraton and Pine Cliffs luxury resorts. The beach is so long that it never gets overcrowded. The coastline and the surrounding countryside can be explored either on foot or by bicycle.

Appartement situé dans un quartier résidentiel et verdoyant, à 1,5 km de la belle plage des falaises. Vous trouverez toutes les commodités à proximité, supermarché, boulangerie, banque, cafés, restaurants et plusieurs autres magasins.
