We offer a covered boat slip. Peaceful & secluded, yet walking distance from town. Full kitchen w/dishwasher, Keurig, W& D. Please note that this is a place for those that love outdoors & has no air conditioning, wi-fi or cable. Verizon & AT&T in area. Fire pit outside. We are pet friendly but we've had a few instances that have resulted in us having to adopt a pet policy & pet fee. We charge $25/night, per pet, max of $250. Upon booking, call us & we will send policy form & collect payment.

Come home each evening to relax under a starlight canopy and s'mores at the fire pit. We’re booked for much of the season, but cancellations happen—and it’s never too early to plan ahead!

The House Next Door is a vintage-chic modern cottage in the heart of Harbor Springs. Nicely designed throughout, perfect for staying in or to be your home base for endless local activities, many without getting in your car. 8 minute walk to waterfront, restaurants and shopping. Minutes from hiking, biking, beaches. 10 minute drive to ski/golf resorts. A block back from the bluff, close to the hustle of our busy resort town but separated enough for peace and quiet and sounds of nature.

Step back in time with a visit to this log cabin with retro style, modern comforts and a few surprising luxuries. The cabin is on the Sturgeon River, surrounded by cedar, pine and birch trees. The screened porch has been described as feeling like you are in a treehouse yet the town of Indian River is very close and easily accessed even by foot. It’s perfect for the couple who want a getaway with plenty of opportunity for adventures but also a comfortable and stylish space to relax.

The Rhubarbary Ruins - with an outdoor sauna

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.

The Apple House is an updated and furnished 1928, 1100 sq ft cottage. It is in a private wooded location on 15 acres, set 500 ft off the road. The space is light and airy with ceiling fans and has central heat and air for your comfort. Enjoy the pastoral view from the sunroom, cook in the well equipped kitchen, and enjoy your beverages from the wine fridge. There is a 55" Smart TV with a Xumo streaming device with Spectum TV and WiFi.
