Traditionally furnished, it has 3 bedrooms on the upper floor: a small twin, a triple and double. The comfortable sitting room has an open fire. The Kitchen/dining room is on the ground floor. The bathroom is on the first floor with another loo on the upper floor.

We have a great south facing veranda with amazing views. The cottage faces south with views right across the bay. Bedding and towels provided. Free parking pass for the (“Homeowners car park). 3 nights minimum booking. No Pets. The property is not suitable for mobility problems due to steps. Check in 3pm. Check out 10.30am.

NO SMOKERS. The HOT TUB is exclusively yours! This barn is unsuitable for children. Please ensure that all guests are happy with the house rules before booking. Please also note that the property has slipper baths - there are no showers or shower heads (see pictures) Private area with seating and a hot tub. We are in the countryside but only 2 miles from local amenities. Pocklington is 2 miles, The beautiful city of York is 12 miles, the coast is only an hours drive.
