Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This home is beautiful, neat and elegant with easy access to playing area for the children. The home is in fully developed area with tons of parks, restaurants, grocery store, pizza store, and so much more all within a walking distance! It is a few minutes drive to Deerfoot highway and Stoney trail and Calgary AirPort . The house is 10 minutes drive to the biggest shopping mall in Southern Alberta , Cross iron Mill and Costco.

The cabin is close to the main residence but completely private with a private gated entrance and free parking a short walk to the cabin. The cabin is heated by a small wood stove and an oil heater, has a small kitchen area and a loft with a queen bed. Please note there is no running water and the bathroom is an outhouse a short walk away. There is no cell service or wifi at the cabin.

Beautiful rustic off-grid straw bale cabin surrounded by unspoiled nature and working ranch lands, located between Calgary and Canmore. Running water May-Oct, wood stove and old-fashioned outhouse. Cozy and simple with all the comforts you need. We lived in this little cabin with two toddlers for over a year while we built our house and it has everything you need to be comfortable. It is magical in the winter. Fun fact: A full length feature film was recently filmed here!
