The house comes with its own private pluge pool too, an essential in the Tropics! For larger groups, Kanda East adjoins this property, and sleeps four extra people in two bedrooms.

This three-bedroom beach house sits just off Ahangama’s main road on Imaduwa Road, offering a calm base close to the area’s surf, cafés, and coastline. Licuala's Tropical House was built guided by the philosophy of simplicity and minimalism, inspired to maximise the use of space. This house sleeps 3 as the large daybed downstairs doubles up as a single bed. This is one of five hideaway homes on the estate. Each house is hidden by its own flora and fauna. Our homes were designed to give a sense of privacy and space, bringing you close to nature to rest and be inspired by. Kabalana beach is a 5min walk away.

Pavilion House - 2 Bedroom

Welcome to Pavilion House, our piece of paradise on the edge of the jungle near Ahangama. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind, surrounded by nature, whilst being conveniently located close to the beaches, surf and buzzing atmosphere of Ahangama.
