This is an amazing beachfront house with a beautiful view of the ocean. Beautiful sunsets and a lot of seashells. Walking distance from Rompeolas Beach, Crash Boat Beach, great restaurants, and delicious food that you will absolutely love. You will also find Paseo Real Marina with kiosks, Alta Mar mojitos, and Others. Also find rental bikes, jet skis, and kayaks nearby. It has been completely remodeled in and out and equipped with new appliances and furniture. All rooms are equipped with A/C.

El "Little Gem" bungalow está a menos de 3 minutos a pie de la playa y los restaurantes del vecindario. La panadería local y el supermercado están a unos minutos en auto. La casa está ubicada a solo 15 minutos en auto de Crash Boat Beach, una de las playas más hermosas de Puerto Rico y a 20 minutos en auto de Rincón, un popular destino de surf.
