Ιδανικό για ξεκούραση και όμορφες στιγμές χαλάρωσης.

A cosy studio 30 sq. m, 20 m from the seaside, 2 km from Aegina city (port) 30-min walk. It has a large room with a double bed, a kitchen with a fridge and a small stovetop (no oven no cooking), and a modern bathroom. Air-condition, geothermal cooling. The studio, which consists of the elevated basement of a detached house, has an independent entrance, 8 steps below the ground, in the back yard that has view to the mainland of Aigina. The pool in the front yard is not available for the guests.

It is ideal for exploring the island and just a breath away from the best beaches Aegina island offers.

Enjoy the bay view and the sound of the sea from the spacious terrace. Relax at home with fast wifi, a fully equipped kitchen and airy, sunny rooms. Fistiki House is in a fantastic location, just 5 minutes walk from some great tavernas, beaches, the main port and shops. Access to the house requires you to drive or walk 12 meters of a dirt road. There are two bedrooms - one large main bedroom and a smaller second bedroom.There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. Perfect for one or two couples or a small family. There is a patio area to relax in the evening an outdoor shower.
