Our home is located in the middle of the beautiful village of Bristol; our private guesthouse is only a few minutes walk to town with great restaurants, a few bars, shopping, and specialty stores. The village of Bristol is in the heart of the Green Mountains close to Middlebury and Burlington, major ski areas, Lake Champlain, minutes to Vermont's best mountains, rivers, swimming holes, fishing, hiking, and biking. Walking upstairs to the apartment, guests will be in awe of the panoramic views of the St Lawrence River through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need for cooking and entertaining. The apartment has in-floor heating and AC throughout. Guests will enjoy a private waterfront backyard with a BBQ, fire pit and dock. Boat docking is sometimes possible to accommodate upon request.

Dog friendly private suite

This is an older style motel with a covered porch along the front. We converted 2 rooms into a small suite by adding a French door to connect them. We also added a back door that opens up directly into a fenced in yard that is private and surrounded by woods. The motel is set back off the road right next to a trail head. There is a total of 4 single rooms and the dog friendly suite on the end. Ideal location if traveling with a group or need a place to meet up with the whole family.

This area is unique for many small family restaurants with many options for local shopping. A short drive away are day trip options including the Baseball Hall of Fame, Syracuse, and the Adirondacks.

The Guest Suite is located on the first floor of an architectural studio in historic Wilmington, Vermont. Please enjoy the piano, drums, and art supplies! The Guest Suite is both UNIVERSALLY ACCESSIBLE, TOBACCO FREE, and ANIMAL FREE due to allergies in our family. LineSync Architecture staff will be working from 8:30am - 5ish upstairs, and once in a while on the weekends. When guests are in we try to be super sensitive and quiet, but footsteps will be heard!
