A bright and peaceful oasis to unwind from your ADK adventures with a view of the mountains from your bed, the deck, or fire pit. Enjoy a private meadow with access to a natural brook with swimming holes and waterfalls. Queen bed + pullout couch that can sleep 1 adult/2 kids. RELAX!

Enjoy outstanding kayaking with easy access from your private boathouse. IMPORTANT: our amazing housekeeper is available Monday and Friday. So - we offer Mon-Fri, Fri-Mon, Mon-Mon or Fri-Fri stays. The mountains are calling! Escape to our cozy, yet modern, Blue Hour A-Frame located in the rustic AuSable Acres neighborhood. The fenced backyard is carefree for your pups to play in while you enjoy the hot tub & fire pit. Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort is 11 miles/20 minutes away, by way of a scenic notch along the West Branch of the Ausable River. Lake Placid is 20 miles/35 minutes away. Dogs welcome at $75 per dog (no cats, please), per stay, up to two dogs. No cats due to guest allergies.

Waterfront Artisan ADK Cottage - Tupper Lake

Sunset Cottage is cleaned in compliance with CDC COVID-19 Lodging cleaning standards before you vacation there. Sunset Cottage is only 15 feet from Tupper Lake with a sandy spot for launching canoes/kayaks and a large dock where you can moor your powerboat if you bring one. Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. Newly renovated interior with beautiful Adirondack decor.

Riverside Cabin & Nature Trails

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in.
