The Nest 8E Castle Street central Ludlow Apartment

The Nest gives a stunning central location right in the market square, next to the bustling market, Ludlow castle, and the many pubs, restaurants and shops that Ludlow had to offer. Right in the centre of town but top floor location gives peace and quiet and stunning views looking north over the south Shropshire countryside with the long mynd in the distance. Please not that the top floor location means that there are several flights of stairs so NOT recommended for people with mobility issues.

The Garden House

A beautiful, recently renovated two storey house attached to the host's home. It is secluded, south facing and sunny, with glorious views across water meadows to the river which cuts its way beneath steep woodland and past the best fine dining pub in Herefordshire, The Riverside. The house has its own terraced garden and below, an orchard - great for dogs. We are on the marvellous Mortimer Trail which is a 30 mile walk between the towns of Ludlow and Kington. 45 mins from Hay Festival!

The Barn

In an area of outstanding natural beauty, Oaklands Barn is the perfect place for those seeking a peaceful escape. Enjoying far reaching views over the valley and the Welsh hills, the Barn lies nestled at the head of a gentle valley in the tiny hamlet of Kinton. Visit the historic market towns of Ludlow & Clun and the nearby Welsh Marches which abound in historic sites and castles. The village is a 5 minute walk with shop, petrol station, local butchers, riverside pub & parlour bar (Sun Inn)

Tawny Owl Barn

Tawny Owl Barn is a 200-year-old, grade 2 listed, tastefully converted barn in the village of Leintwardine. A large garden is available for our guests which has a wildlife pond and waterfall and another barn with an open fire available for sitting around. Rooms are spacious, well furnished, and well-equipped. There is a large kitchen/diner and lounge plus two bedrooms with en-suites. A large lounge settee can also be used as a double bed. There are two pubs and shop within walking distance.

Deerfold Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated on a working Organic Farm and far away from the road you'll be up in the trees where the only sound is Birdsong. Off-grid with natural Spring water and modern compost loo.The spacious deck has a table and chairs, rocking loungers and a BBQ and Firepit. Drink in the view from the comfort of a Kingsize bed through the large windows. Buy food from our fields at the little shop on site. Enjoy sunsets and stars and walks in the woods

An open plan living area leads onto 2 bedrooms with beautiful en-suites. Sitting in a field amongst the vivid greens of the Shropshire hills on an expanse of decking where you can open up the bifold doors and bring the outside in and enjoy the deliciously warm hot tub.

Nestled in the beautiful South Shropshire Hills, on the edge of a working farm, the Ludlow Pod is one of three luxury pods (view others on my profile). With plenty of scenic walks from the door, this cosy pod provides the perfect escape to relax and unwind. The accommodation has been individually designed and furnished in a bespoke style, including a hot tub, wet room and cooking facilities. The Summerhouse Tower is a very special holiday-home-for-two set within the rolling Shropshire countryside. A Grade II listed tower, this unique, romantic retreat enjoys excellent views to the east, and views of the Shropshire Hills to the south and the west. The Tower, built circa 1607, was originally used as a banqueting house for entertaining dinner guests. Whilst the main house was destroyed by a fire, The Summer House is available for cosy stays throughout the year.
