Curl up in front of the fire in our self-catering hut located next to our quiet, private farm lane. Enjoy panoramic views over the valley. Private hot tub available for hire for an additional £42. Book farm tours with hot buttered toast and dippy eggs, goat hang out experiences, bee keeping experiences or venture off on one of the many local trails.

The Coach House

This is a detached barn that can sleep up to 6 people ,the extra bed is a futon in the upstairs bedroom,bedding is provided.. it has plenty of safe secure parking.. a patio area with seating..it is close to nature and lots of outdoor space. Great for motorbikers too. It has underfloor heating, log burner in the lounge, regular oven fridge freezer, microwave. We have direct access to local bridleways, cycle ways and off road cycling. Lots of moorland directly behind the property for walking.

The Stables is a unique, relaxing, stylish one bedroom property with an additional double sofa bed included. It has lots of character, superb views and is the perfect romantic hideaway, ideal for a short break away. The Stables also has a hot tub which is ideal for anyone wanting a relaxing weekend away. It is ideal for walking routes, with friendly local pubs and restaurants nearby and is only a 15 minute walk into Rawtenstall town centre. The nearest super market is just 0.4 miles away.

Take the short walk to Turf Moor to enjoy the match,visit Towneley Park, enjoy the surrounding countryside with a walk or cycle or after a days work enjoy a bite to eat and a drink at the local Thornton Arms pub. The Octagon is set in 2.2 acres of beautiful private woodland. It is visually secluded, and all yours for your group to explore and enjoy. The land is surrounded by open fields and farm tracks yet you are 15 mins walk from all town centre amenities. Great for families and friends.Please note there are 7 beds in the octagon sleeping 10. A caravan is available for £100 sleeping 4. Please note we are not a "party" house and expect our guests to respect the space. Hot tub/sauna are £220.

The Corn Mill Cottage, 4A Oswaldtwistle

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Originally a Corn Mill located in the village of Oswaldtwistle. It has been renovated into a 2 bedroom self contained apartment to the highest standards. It comprises of a large double bedroom, single bedroom, open plan living area, kitchen/diner with separate storage cupboards. It is located 500 metres to the open countryside which leads you to an array of lovely walks and nature reserve.

If you love walking / mountain biking again this is the place with many walks and trails on your door step . We can now accommodate 3 people at the cottage, we have a double bed and sofa bed .
