There are 3 sleeping areas: bedroom on main, 1 upstairs & a loft area. Each floor has a full bathroom. There is a large deck with a gas fire pit on it.

You will fall in love with the close knit, friendly neighborhood. The ocean is all around you and very accessible. Watch the sunrise over Mt. Baker or the sunset light up the harbor. Enjoy a round of golf for a minimal cost. Tennis and pickle ball are free of charge and about a 2 min. drive within the gated community. It's a very safe area and you'll find it extremely relaxing. Some have called it magical with little bunnies hopping about eating clover and the cranes flying overhead.

It is a private suite. Just walk to the historic town, where there are coffee, photography, antique shops, etc. The "Langley Fine Arts School" is opposite this house, suitable for parents to visit their children. It is located on the other side of the whole house with its own entrance. Parking is available. "Thunderbird Performance Park" is about 7 minutes away by car. There are also several golf courses. Guests who like hiking can also walk to the beautiful lake within an hour.

Black Tail Den is a cozy, relaxing, thoughtfully curated cabin to unwind at after a day on Silver Lake or hitting the slopes at Mt. Baker. Silver Lake is just outside your door, with lake views it's just a short walk away. Built In 1966, we recently renovated to accent all the vintage charm. Our cabin is a duplex, Black Tail Den is your own private unit at ground level with no shared dwelling walls, private entry as well as two decks, BBQ, backyard and hot tub.
