The Farmhouse at Wiley Farms

Check out this unique and tranquil getaway. Wiley Farms is a working horse and cattle farm. During your stay, you can live the farm life and not have to do any of the work! The 109-acre farm is in full view from your back door. Many days you may catch some cowboys practicing rodeo events at the arena. A walking trail will be available soon. There is a very good chance you see deer, rabbits, racoons, ducks flying in to roost, along with the horses and cattle. All this, and only 3 miles from town!

"Shaka Laka" Guest House and Ranch

Come feel the magic of our renovated country guest house. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a full kitchen, dining & living room. The master bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom sleeps 3 with a twin XL bunk bed and a separate twin XL bed. The master bath has a luxurious walk-in curbless shower & double vanity. The house is down a private drive after going through a security gate. Guests have use of our private in-ground pool (pools open) BBQ, fire pit, 40 acres, and 2 fishing ponds.

Built in the 1930’s as one of the Irwinville Farms project houses, it served originally as home to project farmer Randolph Martin, his wife Estelle, and their children, Frances, Betty, and Jimmy. The house and farm are still owned and operated today by descendants of the Martin family. Recently remodeled family home located within our pine timber and row crop farm. It is situated on a dirt road and surrounded by long leaf pines adding to the feeling of quiet seclusion. We want you to enjoy the slower pace in Cochran Ga. This is a pet friendly home whether it’s the 4 legged kind or the feathered kind. They are welcome. We do not charge a pet fee or a cleaning fee. We are approximately 4 miles from Middle Georgia State University and approx. 30 minutes from Warner Robins.
