Built in 1894, this completely restored, one-bedroom home boasts 12' ceilings, original bead-board panelling and a huge bathroom. Relax in the clawfoot tub or cook up a delicious dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. The huge, fenced in backyard is a great place to hang out and have a barbecue on the provided grill. Pinewood Coffee Bar, Harvest on 25th, Sloane's and Pinewood Public House are each one block away. The neighborhood is right next to Castle Heights, which is a lovely neighborhood to walk in.
